NewPort Centre is a 17-story, 156,000-square-foot office tower in the heart of downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba. A skywalk connects the property to other major downtown office buildings and retail facilities. The Ellman Companies purchased the building in 1998, extensively renovated it and resold the property in 2005.
